  3. <hi style=afpcap>This Eagle is in a tight turn in the airfield pattern with its enormous "barn door" speed brake extended at 45 degrees. The 422nd Test and Evaluation Squadron, part of the 57th Wing at Nellis AFB is the operator of this McDonnell Douglas F-15C Eagle. The 422nd wrings out the Eagle over the Nevada desert to test the compatibility between new weapons and new tactics.</hi>
